Delivery options and costs
Our online service is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that during promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in processing orders.
Delivery is expected to take 3-7 business days from dispatch.

Shipping delays
Please note that your order may be delayed beyond your control. Shipping delays may be caused by customs clearance, holidays or your delivery location being remote. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend that you use a courier service whenever possible.
Lost parcels
Tracking is provided for all orders, but we are not responsible for goods lost in transit or for goods that have been delivered with valid proof of receipt. If your parcel is lost, you will need to make a formal complaint to Australia Post as the owner of the parcel.
