Returns (refunds and exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 60 days to return or exchange an item bought. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels.(Refunds can be declined for a number of reasons listed below)

  • The item was damaged after receiving product
  • The item appears to be used, worn or washed
  • Authentication cards, stickers or accessories are missing
  • Item is not returned within 60 days of purchase

We do provide a full refund for any product that is damaged or sent out incorrectly on our part. We will provide shipping labels for return products

 

Once the item is shipped back to our facility, please allow us one to three business days to process the refund and check in the item. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@goldenautograph.com.
